Please see below our conditions for entering properties during the Corona Virus Pandemic.
We will only enter properties with the permission of tenant(s) with an arranged appointment.
We will not enter properties should any tenant(s) be self isolating (Start to finish of 14 days) or displaying any Coronavirus Symptoms nor if the tenant has been in contact with anyone who has a confirmed case and awaiting test results.
Tenant(s) are asked to observe a safe distance (at least 2metres where possible) whilst the engineer is working this is for your safety and the engineers.
The engineer will be wearing a facemask for the duration of the visit and can wear shoe covers upon request.
If you start to experience any symptoms of Corona Virus please inform us as soon as you can to rearrange your appointment.
